christmas party !

Just a reminder our ward christmas party is this Saturday at 6:30. If you have not been able to have your ward FHE discussion on CHrist, there is still time! (See link below).

Thanks so much for all who have signed up to bring food!!!!!!!!! It is greatly appreciated! Here is a copy of the recipes for any who may not have one.
Cheese Potato Casserole
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 c butter (not margarine), divided in half
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 16oz. container of sour cream
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
3 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 lbs (32 oz) cubed hash browns, thawed
2 c crushed corn flakes
1. Melt 1/2 of the stick of butter, set the other 1/2 of the butter aside for later use
2. Combine melted butter, soup, pepper, and onion. Mix well.
3. Add cheese to the mixture.
4. Add thawed hash browns to the mixture and mix well.
5. Spread into a non-greased 9x13 inch pan.
6. Melt remaining butter.
7. Mix crushed corn flakes and butter together until corn flakes are well-coated.
8. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Then remove foil and bake and additional 5-10 minutes until corn flakes are golden brown.
Pumpkin Crunch Cake
Ingredients
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon salt
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 cup margarine, melted
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease one 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix well, and spread into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle cake mix over the top of the pumpkin mixture, and pat down. Drizzle with melted margarine.
Bake for 60 to 80 minutes, or until done. Top with whipped topping when ready to serve.
